Automated Ice Cream Making

A few generations ago, even the best ice cream makers required a lot of effort to use. Most of them simply served as over-inflated, insulated storage containers that you popped in the freezer for a few hours. And that was after you spent a lot of energy mixing all your ingredients. With the Cuisinart ICE-50BC Ice Cream Maker, though, things are a bit easier. You don’t have to do any mixing or stirring at all, as this ice cream maker really only requires you to do one thing – add the right ingredients. After that, the Cuisinart ICE-50BC takes care of everything else for you.

How Much Does it Make?

There are some ice cream makers on the market today that can churn out up to one gallon of ice cream at a time. The Cuisinart ICE-50BC, on the other hand, is more or less designed to make smaller batches. The capacity for this machine is 1.5 quarts. When we first saw this model, we figured that it would make quite a bit more, due to its large size, but it seems that 1.5 quarts is the maximum amount of ice cream that can be made at once with this particular model.

I am writing to see if you can recommend me an Ice cream maker. I am now living in Buenos Aires Argentina, and they here love ice cream and sorbet. Most immigrants are from Spain but most are Italian descendants. I am originally from Costa Rica and i was thinking on mounting a new business back home. And i know that i can sell ice cream in Costa Rica and make a killing. For one the weather, the other is the location where i’m thinking is on the beach, and last its tourist oriented. My problem is finding the right machine that will help me produce quantity but with very low maintenance. I also have to take in consideration that it is very HUMID and the SALT in the air that effects corrosion in the machine. The business we be a mom and pops place but i still want to offer quantity. I want to sell more Sorbet and also Yogurt less lactose products. can you help me.. Appreciate any opinion or recommendation thanks.
